Must have skills:

What to do:
— Provide a full HR lifecycle to employees (onboarding, motivation, team-building, performance management, career development, and education, rotations, retention, etc.)
— Support and coaching team leaders in all people-related issues
— Take part in developing an HR strategy and objectives based on the company’s goals
— Participate in the design and improvement of all HR processes, practices, and principles
— Collect and process regular feedback from employees (ESAT, 360, eNps, etc.)
— Develop and promote corporate culture and HR brand awareness
— Take part in the organization of internal online and offline corporate events (team buildings, NY, Company BD celebrations, etc.)
