HR Manager (offline)

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to reinforce our fast-growing team.

If you are a mature and open-minded professional with a deep understanding of people and management processes, who are interested in developing strong HR function in collaboration with the HRD, have perfect communication and organizational skills, and are passionate about resolving non-trivial issues in a creative way, we are waiting for you.

You will participate in designing scalable HR processes and supporting managers at every stage of building the HR system.

Must have skills:
— 3+ years of relevant experience in HR (preferably in IT)
— Team player with a strong self-reliance attitude
— Solid knowledge of HR best practices
— Constant striving for self-development in the professional area
— Good project management and change management skills
— Goal-oriented approach at work
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills
— Intermediate level of English

What to do:
— Provide a full HR lifecycle to employees (onboarding, motivation, team-building, performance management, career development, and education, rotations, retention, etc.)
— Support and coaching team leaders in all people-related issues
— Take part in developing an HR strategy and objectives based on the company’s goals
— Participate in the design and improvement of all HR processes, practices, and principles
— Collect and process regular feedback from employees (ESAT, 360, eNps, etc.)
— Develop and promote corporate culture and HR brand awareness
— Take part in the organization of internal online and offline corporate events (team buildings, NY, Company BD celebrations, etc.)
