Project manager (offline)

Required Skills:
— 1-3 years of software delivering experience in a consumer-facing role;
— Knowledge and expertise in strategic planning, risk management of IT-projects;
— Stakeholder management and negotiation competency;
— Aptitude for effectively interact between technical and/or non-technical sides;
— Strong working proficiency with Agile methodologies;
— Knowledge of techniques and tools as JIRA;
— English level: Intermediate and higher;
— Good written and verbal communication skill.

Additional skills:
— Experience in working with web apps for online shops;
— Design-thinking and understanding of UI/UX will be a plus;

Responsibilities:
— Coordinating a team;
— Leading project planning sessions;
— Managing project progress and adapt work as required;
— Ensuring projects meet deadlines;
— Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders;
— Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation;
— Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary;
— Provide clients with progress reports as well as problem solving.
