3. Plans and directs all investigations and negotiations pertaining to mergers, joint ventures and the acquisition of other automobile facilities with the approval of the board of directors
4. As CTO, will take actions to enhance the company's cash flow while keeping the human factor in perspective
5. Oversee all operation and business activity to ensure the organization produces the desired results
6. To establish a standard process of production can be run smoothly
7. To build trusted relationships with key automobile customers and suppliers
