Customer Support Manager (Forex project) (offline)
Requirements:
β Proficiency fluency and functional literacy in English;
β Familiarity with retail FX trading and MetQuotes a big plus;
β Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills;
β Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills;
β Excellent listening skills;
β Self-motivated, with a high level of integrity and work ethic;
β 0.5β1 years of proven experience in customer support or call centre operations;
β Comfortable working with CRM and phone systems.
Responsibilities:
β Respond to customer email, and phone queries and requests in a courteous and timely manner pertaining to opening new accounts, downloading trading platforms and other general inquiries as they relate to FX trading;
β Accomplish set performance targets with respect to resolution of issues, and handling tickets;
β Follow up on client service issues to provide after-sales quality service to all clients by confirming completion of transactions;
β Engage in marketing of the groupβs products and services;
β Perform client file maintenance activities;
β Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution;
β Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents;
β Retrieve and collate system generated daily transaction reports;
β Complete any other special projects and other related activities as assigned by Manager.
Conditions of work:
1. Morning shift 8:00β16:00;
2. Day shift 14:00β22:00;
3. Night shift 22:00β8:00;
4. 2 day off per week.
