Project Manager (offline)

Requirements:
— Perfect knowledge of SDLC, STLC;
— Deep understanding of project management methodologies;
— Hands-on experience in all project management processes and at least 4 project management knowledge areas;
— English — Upper Intermediate.

As a plus:
— Ecommerce experience is a huge plus.

Responsibilities:
— Keep communication and development processes consistent in accordance to organizational standards;
— Collect and analyze data of development processes KPIs according to appropriate project management framework;
— Facilitate and/or participate in development and organizational retrospectives;
— Be accountable for implementation of retrospective decisions;
— Be accountable for choice and implementation of project management practices to fit project needs;
— Perform project management activities related to project lifecycle through all phases.
