Senior Node.js Engineer (offline)

Our customer is a global leader in the design and manufacturing of analog, mixed-signal, and DSP integrated circuits to help solve the toughest engineering challenges. The company serves clients in industrial, automotive, consumer, and communications markets through a direct sales force, third-party distributors, and independent sales representatives in the United States as well as the rest of North and South America, Europe, Japan, China, and the rest of Asia.

We are looking for a Back-end Node.js Engineer who has the experience using AWS serverless services (e.g. Lambda, Kinesis, SQS, SNS), is directly involved with writing cloudformation Yaml (Terraform would also be acceptable) that codifies infrastructure as code and who is familiar with how to secure infrastructure with IAM policies.
- 5+ years of experience as Node.js Engineer.
- Experience with AWS.
- Experience with RDBS or nosql (Mysql/Postgres, Mongo).
- Experience developing responsive web apps.
- Experience with writing semantic HTML5, CSS3, and CSS preprocessors like Sass and Less.
- Experience with writing unit tests for JavaScript code (Jasmine or Mocha+Chai).
- Understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery.
- Upper/intermediate spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of modern JS frameworks (Angular, React.js) will be a major plus.
