Starbase is looking for a performance-driven Sales Representative to join our team and help us scale. We've already launched a bunch of cool projects we are proud of. But the sky's the limit, and we want to explore new business verticals and challenge ourselves with complete yet meaningful projects.

Who you are
You know how to negotiate and deal with both negative and positive feedback.
You can write, speak and understand English clearly (Upper Intermediate+)
Empathy, tolerance, responsibility means a lot to you.
You are the "right nerd" and are keen on self-development
You had experience with nurturing both inbound and outbound sales.
You are resulting/detail-oriented and deadline/quota-driven

Your nice extra haves
Experience with CRM and sales automatization tools (Zapier, MixMax, etc.)
Experience with outreach automatization tools (Sales Navigator, Email Search engines, Email verification tools, etc.)
Experience of working in outsourcing or product environment

What you'll do
Lead generation (emails, freelance platforms, LinkedIn and others)
Managing leads in CRM, tracking statistics.
Creation of Sales reports
