Marketing Manager (offline)

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience within marketing preferably for Tier 1 markets
- Experience in market research and competitive analysis
- Experience in creating strong brand positioning
- Understand digital marketing and email fundamentals: CAN-SPAM requirements, segmentation, CR/OR/CTR, A/B testing
- Using a range of tools to analyze, test, and execute online marketing activities Google and Facebook Analytics, Google Optimize, Hotjar, PowerBI, etc.
- Intermediate or upper-intermediate English
- Analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-starter attitude
- Creativity
- Adaptability

It will be a plus:

- Practical experience in PPC and other performance marketing channels
- Previous experience in promoting new products go-to-market strategy execution

Responsibilities:

- Launch and manage marketing campaigns
- Find/develop creatives
- Сonversion rate optimization on our existing products
- Analyzing the results of work, making suggestions for improvement
- Take part in building marketing strategy
- Set up/create email chains and triggers
- Testing new sources of traffic
- Warm-up new domains
