QA Automation for a fintech product (offline)

Right now, we are looking for QA Automation to join a rapidly growing fintech product for the European market.

The project is an innovative fintech product that allows you to create and manage accounts for entities and persons. Here are a few facts about it:
● the product has received a B round investment, and the project has been running since 2018, there are 500 thousand real users;
● the team is expanding rapidly, in half a year the team has tripled: today there are 150 people

A customer:
● works according to our time zone;
● is dead set on the development of the product, as he does not believe in MVP, he is ready to invest in complex, challenging technical solutions;

The reason why the position is being opened:
● We have already implemented a solution for the US market which has gained recognition with its users, so now we are ready to develop a banking application for Europe.

What you’ll help us to do:
● develop, maintain and update test framework
● identify, report, and assist engineers in resolving defects and verifying bug fixes
● test APIs, web services
● mobile automation

Here’s the experience that will help you to do the job:
● 2+ years of experience in Automation testing (Java);
● experience with REST API automation (RestAssured)
● understanding of client-server architecture, testing approaches
● knowledge of database concepts SQL
● experience with Appium (mobile UI testing)
● experience with performance testing
● English — intermediate and higher

These skills will also come in handy:
● experience with CI tools
● experience with Selenium Webdriver, TestNG
