Our HR team is looking for an experienced HR manager.
Our team consists of recruiters and HR-administrator. We need you to participate onboarding/offboarding process, adaptation, work with the motivation of a team. You will be a people partner for our engineers and a great partner for an HRD.
— 3+ year experience in HR Manager role (experience in IT is a must);
— knowledge in all HR processes (adaptation, motivation, stuffing, budgeting);
— strong communication and interpersonal skills;
— a proactive approach to achieving business objectives and finding solutions to business challenges;
— excellent organisation and planning skills, proactivity, flexibility with a high level of attention to details;
— great desire to work with people;
— ability to handle multitasking efficiently;
— upper intermediate level of English (spoken and written).

— provide full cycle of HR service (excluding recruitment) to the remote teams, including: onboarding and adaptation, individual/team retention tools, training & development strategies etc.,support employees with company’s processes and procedures, providing one to one meetings;
— working with Teams on improving quality of cooperation;
— advise and support the cultural and people aspects of organizational change, structures, people processes and business improvement initiatives in order to improve business efficiency;
— assist in customizing of HR procedures and ensure they are followed by employees;
— responds to organizational changes, employees’ needs, complains, wishes, creating solutions to employee’s challenges;
— maintain and improve positive corporate atmosphere.
