Recruiter / Talent Hacker (offline)

RecruitGarden builds teams for the product companies/R&D offices in Ukraine and is looking for a Talent Hacker! Someone passionate about finding the best people and communicating with customers.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of IT-recruiting domain
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy
- Interest in recruitment career path and professional skills improvement

Would be a plus:

- English, both verbal and written
- Technical background
- Experience with ATS
- Copywriting skills

- Provide outstanding guidance to clients to shape their talent needs to best match with the candidates.
- Full cycle of the recruitment process: from sourcing till the offer
- Collecting and analyzing stats for future improvements
