Junior Project Manager (offline)

Requirements:
-6+ months of commercial experience in Project Management
-Good spoken and written English skills — at least Upper-Intermediate
-Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
-Understanding of system development life cycle
-Experience in Agile methodologies
-Experience with Slack, Zoom, design tools: Invision, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop etc.
-Understanding of web technologies
-High level of self-organization, attention to details

Responsibilities:
-Work in a team with skilled coach
-Manage a few of quick short-time projects simultaneously
-Work attentively in multitasking mode
-Defining, estimating, and scheduling of project scope
-Allocation of resources for the project
-Managing and monitoring of project execution
-Clear and effective communication of project timelines, risks, and updates to the client/team
-Team’s motivation and conflict resolution
