Senior QA Engineer (ID:9854) (offline)

Our customer is one of the worldwide known audit Big Four companies providing audit, tax, consulting, and financial advisory services. The project requires the transformation of general ledger data (HANA Analytics) to ensure the reporting and analytics meet the expectations of customers’ leaders and stakeholders.

Areas of Responsibility
- Perform database and BI reports testing
- Create testing documentation: test cases, test plans, testing reports, release notes
- Communicate test results; track issues
- Assist in analyzing and clarifying requirements
- Assist in documentation of the following: requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, feature descriptions, user guides, process flows, wireframes, and newsletters
- Having a complete and thorough understanding of application requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria and can articulate those clearly to all other studio team members, including developers and QA engineers
- Coordinate their activities with other team members to identify and resolve dependencies

Qualifications
- Knowledge of standard software testing technologies, procedures, and quality assurance methodologies
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Experience with Database testing (SAP HANA, SQL Studio)
- Experience with issue-tracking systems (Azure DevOps, TFS, Jira)
- Ability to communicate with the customers on QA issues
- Thinking outside the box, ability to perform analysis
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in requirements, being fast learner, initiative, goal, and results orientated
- Good team collaboration skills
- Strong written and verbal communications in English
