Project Manager (Mobile Apps, Game Dev) (offline)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure timely delivery of newly produced game content
- Plan, coordinate and track the full cycle of content creation—from an initial idea through all stages to a completion
- Closely cooperate with leading Game Designer in order to equalize perfection and pace
- Lead teammates in their everyday operations in order to meet short- and long-term goals
- Facilitate the interaction both within the team and with various stakeholders from the other departments of the company
- Manage a truly multi-functional team—from game designers to artists and UI designers, to developers and QAs, and so on

REQUIREMENTS:

- At least 2 year of working experience in project management or team management
- Proven record of leading 15+ employees
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking. Possibility to handle several production threads simultaneously
- Good knowledge of different managerial methodologies as well as the ability to adapt them to actual circumstances
- Understanding of the Mobile Development Processes and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with issue tracking systems (e.g. JIRA)
- Good communication skills, emotional intellect, and sense of humor
- At least an Intermediate level of English or higher

NICE TO HAVE:

- Technical and/or artistic background would be a great advantage
- Keen interest in various games is desirable
- Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English levels are highly appreciated
