IT Recruiter (offline)

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in IT recruiting in a product, gaming, outsourcing companies or recruiting agencies;
Experience in leading a full-cycle recruitment process;
Excellent knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques;
Have understanding of IT job market in Ukraine and be familiar with various programming languages/technologies;
Strong skills of recruiting process: interviewing, selecting, negotiating job offers);
Intermediate level of English;
Ability to work independently and be responsible for the result;
Thinking out of the box, analytical, proactive person.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process;
Support candidates on all stages of the recruitment flow;
Screen candidates' resumes, conduct interviews, give feedback to candidates;
Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they become a part of AppVesto team;
Create, and publish job profiles and distribute them on social media channels and relevant job boards;
Recruitment database maintenance.
