Resource manager (offline)

Required skills:
— Good familiarity with the IT outsourcing industry.
— Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented.
— At least 1 year of managing the team or similar experience
— Ability to independently manage own time, priorities, and resources in a high load, business-oriented environment.
— At least Intermediate+ English level.

Responsibilities
— Manage company bench, make decisions, and acceptance.
— Staff bench employees, make dismissal decisions.
— Find and allocate proper expertise for engagement and delivery requests.
— Develop staffing strategies for certain projects and positions.
