HR Manager (offline)

Required Skills
• Proven experience as HR Manager for 2+ years in IT related field
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload while working within strict deadlines
• Ability to communicate at all levels in the company in an articulate, professional manner
• Solid understanding of company hiring and employment processes, as well as HR principles and practices
• Ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
• Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resource matters including, but not limited to, local regulatory laws and practices
• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes
• Proficiency with computer programs including HR database, Microsoft Office, web applications, and report writing programs
• Ability to be highly productive with minimal oversight from senior management
• Upper-Intermediate English (spoken and written) is a must as we are in the process of building a global team
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with employee relations including employee development, communication, and conflict resolution
• Provide administrative support to Head of HR and daily HR guidance to employees and managers
• Coordinate and manage HR day to day activities and functions
• Conduct new hire orientation and training
• Maintain personnel and human resources related files and provide HR policy guidance
• Assist with the evaluation of new technologies including HRIS systems
• Assist with other HR responsibilities including compensation, benefits, and training and development, and team-building initiatives
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management
The ideal candidate can take the 20 and figure out the 80, has situational awareness and understands the chain of command as he/she represents others before he/she represents him or herself. The ideal candidate is output-oriented, knows when to yield and when not to yield, has a relentless willingness to raise the bar, hold himself/herself and others accountable, and excels in a diverse international environment across different nationalities, geographies and cultures.
