IT Project Manager (offline)

Requirements:
Understanding of project lifecycle (SDLC)
Understanding and usage of use cases and user flows
Strong understanding and ability to use WBS
Understanding of Agile approach and methodologies is a plus
Basic understanding of Business Analytics
Experience in commercial PM for 2 years or more
Managing teams of 5+ persons
Technical background in web/pc/mobile dev is a plus

Office software:
Excel, Word, Power Point, MS project, Google docs, PS/AI, Gantt diagram builders, Slack
Experience with VCS systems is a plus

PM Software:
Jira, Trello, Asana
Upper Intermediate, or higher
Spoken English is a must.
Spoken Ukrainian is a must.

Responsibility:
Project estimation
Communication with clients
Project status tracking and managing issues
Keeping task managers up to date
Reporting on project status
Daily meetings with team
Time tracking
QA management
Budget management
Resource management
