Systems Administrator (offline)

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support for remote / distributed team of approximately 60 team members
- Manage & Troubleshoot a company network / VPN
- Manage / support AWS production environments and related infrastructure
- Manage / support company applications as follows:
Atlassian Jira / Confluence / BitBucket
Google Workspace
OpenVPN
IPSec VPNs
- Design, setup, integrate and manage an Identity Management System (IDM) for use within the company and with clients
- Onboarding and offboard team members and clients and adjust related systems' accesses
- Administer a company user help desk
- Enforce application & services security rules across the company

Requirements:
- Higher education / Degree in Computer Sciences or its equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in supporting and maintaining computer systems, servers, networks
- 3+ years of experience in systems administration, configuration, and control of user access rights and network services in a geographically distributed environment
- Experience with development and/or scripting for Windows and Unix-based platforms
- Ability to support users in the Pacific, Central, and Eastern time zones in North America; flexible work schedule
- Working knowledge of Atlassian products suite (Jira/Confluence/BitBucket) including administration and configuration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a changing environment
- Flexibility, positive attitude, self-motivation, focus on results
- Upper-Intermediate level of written and spoken English (B2) at a minimum
- Prior experience with Application/IT security monitoring and auditing is a plus
- Practical experience in operating within ITIL methodology in an IT support service environment is a plus
- Knowledge of cloud-based services such as Amazon AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, including deployment, monitoring, and management of services deployed to the cloud is a strong plus
