Middle Project Manager  $1000-1500

Hello! We are Cadabra Studio, a design and development company.
Today we are looking for a Project Manager in Dnipro office.

You will work in a team of professionals and have everything you need to become successful: great PM team, managers, developers, designers, marketers

Essential Skills:
— Work experience — 2 years with IT projects;
— Ability to arrange the workflow and communication between a client and the team;
— Ability to immerse into the client’s business in order to accurately shape his needs and competently transform them into tasks for the team;
— Knowledge of development process;
— Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies;
— English language — Upper-intermediate level (yes, you will soon be talking directly with the client, so you won’t have time to “improve your English” :)

Responsibilities:
— Communication with customers and the team at all stages of the project development;
— Managing customers’ expectations and their satisfaction;
— Planning and control: always keep abreast and know what is happening on the project and with the client;
— Tracking the load and progress on the tasks for each developer;
— Reporting to the customer on the task progress and the project;
— Assistance to the team in conducting demo presentations for clients;
— Prompt solutions to emerging problems.
