Team Leader Front-end (React/React Native ) (offline) $4000-8000

The technology stack is JavaScript, Node.js, React and React Native.

Current team: Kyiv - 7 developers, Israel - 30 + developers, designers and support, USA - top management. All communication is in English.

Responsibilities:
- You will be in charge of day-to-day development aspects while managing your team, recruiting new team members, improving the development velocity and mentoring the team.
- You will drive accountability, consistency, quality, and process standardization across phases of research and development.
- You will be in charge of building the workplan and enforcing its execution.
- You will be involved in architecture decisions, development and testing aspects.
- Deal with delicate UI/UX requirements, high volumes of users and traffic with big data.

Job Requirements:

· At least 2 years of proven experience as a Team Leader in as startup / software development company

· BSc in Computer Science or similar field – advantage

· Experience with web and mobile technologies - React, React Native

· Good knowledge in relational databases (MySQL) and NoSQL (Mongo)

· A strong background in either Internet or Online products – advantage

· Demonstrated team building and leadership skills

· Highly dynamic and fast paced thinker

· Excellent knowledge of English a must.
