Project Manager for our design team (Web, Digital) (offline) $600-900

Whom we are looking for:
A highly motivated, with strong digital skills Project Manager and a good eye for aesthetics and understanding of the design process.

The Project Manager will be the primary contact and point of coordination between the client, design and development teams, and all third parties to manage production from kickoff through delivery.

Your Day-to-Day:
- Collaborate with internal team and client to clarify functional requirement gatherings for technical specs
- Create documentation
- Work with management to create proposals for projects
- Support the day-to-day project management and take full ownership of all account activities
- Oversee and facilitate daily and weekly tracking of projects to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
- Inspire the team to constantly generate innovative ideas and continuously contribute to creating an excellent product
- Collaborate with team members, direct and manage them, as well as work alongside other team members and freelance partners

What You Bring to the Team:
- Minimum 1,5+ years experience as a PM for design team
- Ability to thoroughly scope out new projects and create documentation
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Experienced with PM tools (Jira or other project management software)
- Well versed and have a complete understanding of full web development and design life cycle, dev platforms/tools, and can adapt to new tools based on client needs
- Ability to act and think pro-actively and work confidently, both autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to direct, manage, and work alongside other team members and freelance partners
- Advanced/Fluent English

- Flexible working hours. Usually, we work from 9:00-10:00 till 18:00-19:00. - Nevertheless, we are ready to be online on Sunday, as most of our clients are from Israel. Also, some of our clients are from the USA, so we are always online for our team or clients.
