Product Manager (offline)

Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders, including growth, design, and development teams, to build what our users ultimately need to achieve their goals
- Define measurable goals and lead team’s execution on the product roadmap
- Establish product hypotheses, leveraging product metrics, user research, and market insights
- Lead team's experimentation and understand work to validate hypotheses
- Writing product requirements, specifications, coordinate and prioritize team's day-to-day execution
- Own product launches end-to-end, from establishing a launch timeline to the full roll-out
- Build product analytics and product dashboards, evangelize target metrics within team.

Qualifications
- 3+ years experience as a product manager in SaaS
- Upper Intermediate+ English skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Data-driven approach
- Innovative mindset
- Proactivity, flexibility, and self-sufficiency
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional (especially development) teams
- Proven track record of achieving product goals
- Willing to actively seek & source user feedback
- Experience in product analytics: Amplitude, Google Analytics, SQL, Excel

Would be a plus
- Experience in the professional services industry (as a client or provider of therapy, training, and other services)
- Experience in B2B SaaS
- Experience in product marketing
- Experience in UX design
