Web Designer (offline)

Responsibilities and Duties:
- development of the structural design for websites;
- develop user-focused interactive design concepts and prototypes;
- design promotional banners and pop-ups for the websites;
- taking the design thinking approach, rapidly testing and iterating your designs;
- work in a collaboration with the web development team.

Qualifications and Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in web/ UI/UX design, ideally with front end web design creating high conversion rate and user-oriented landing pages;
- practical experience in UI/UX design of websites and landing pages;
- experience in A/B testing platforms, heat map tools and performance optimization and how it impacts user behaviour and conversion;
- a great grasp of design principles such as typography, colour, layout, grid, and hierarchy;
- proficiency in Figma, Zeplin or other visual design and wire-framing tools (depends on your preferences);
- experience in cross-browser responsive layout creation (IE10+, Opera+Opera Mini, FF, Chrome, Safari).

It will be a plus:
- general understanding of HTML and CSS;
- knowledge of website analytics and optimization tools, including Google Analytics;
- if you are a sports fan, this will be a big plus.
