β 0.5+ years of experience in recruiting in the IT industry in product, outsourcing, outstaffing companies or recruitment agencies;
β Experience in recruitment process starting from direct search, headhunting of candidates to job offer negotiation and closing the deal;
β Intermediate+ English;
β Knowledge of IT area/market;
β Ability to learn fast;
β Passion about recruitment and HR;
β Attention to details;
Would be a plus
