Recruiter (offline)

We are looking for a Recruiter, an expert that is going to join the Hivecell team.

Responsibilities
Conducting full recruitment process from gathering requirements to candidates first working day;
Collaborate with internal stakeholders of the recruiting process;
Participation in the decision-making process about hiring new employees;
Monitoring and implementation of the best recruitment practices.

Required skills
At least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment;
Result-oriented and responsible attitude towards work;
Strong networking skills, knowledge of how to build a great pool of connections;
A self-driven person, who is able to manage own time and priorities;
Excellent communicator with good presentation skills, positive and result-oriented attitude.

As a plus
Previous experience in product companies or startups;
