TA Process Engineer (Middle/Senior) (offline)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Cooperate on a regular basis with Talent Acquisition teams across the globe on process solutions and projects execution;
• Be a member of Internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Product Team;
• Participation in managing of global Talent Acquisition Projects/Programs (short and long term);
• Assistance in Managing of TA infrastructure Units: knowledge base, cost-structure, Distribution Groups, Projects tracking;
• Cooperation with Talent Acquisition teams across the globe;
• Operational staff (researches, numbers gathering, deck creation) for TA Office.
Possible ways of growing further:
• Global assignments
• Process engineering for a selected location
• Program management \ people management
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have:
• At least Bachelor’s degree;
• Team player;
• Experience working in any of the following systems: ERP/CRM/HRM/ATS;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to multitask;
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot, etc.);
• English is written and spoken – B2+ (in this role you will interact with a global audience);
• Analytical mindset.
Nice to have:
• Work experience in a multicultural environment;
• Understanding of Technology and Engineering.;
• Talent Acquisition/HR/Customer support/Client service/App support/ domain knowledge.
