The responsibility involves marketing team development, assessing and creating DI positioning, messaging, and marketing strategy. A Head of Marketing will drive the implementation of the defined strategy and measure the outcome.
Will be responsible for:
- Collaboratively define Positioning and Messaging strategy
- Create and collect digital marketing assets inside the company
- Interview company stakeholders and collect information for the case studies. Craft case studies together with writer
- Create and manage Marketing strategy and Plan
- Building brand awareness on the target market and inside the company
- Identifying DI potential customers.
- Creating and managing advertising campaigns.
- Close working with HR on internal and external people projects
Skills and Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT
- Experience running a marketing team
- Attention to detail
- Robust copywriting skills
- Ability to multitask and possess practical time management skills
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Past work with digital marketing forms like content marketing and social media marketing
- Professional work ethic
