Requirements:
- Understanding of basic software development process
- Upper-Intermediate English, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication skills and sales writing skills
- 2 years+ IT sales experience and 1 years+ UpWork experience
- Experience with LinkedIn will be a plus
Important:
- understanding of Upwork algorithms
- writing custom cover letters and knowing how to compose them
- understanding of analytics and the importance of CRO
We are looking for a sales manager who understands Upwork principles and can use this knowledge at work.
Responsibilities:
- Full sales cycle (also we have Lead Generation Managers in the team)
- Working with UpWork messengers
- Taking part in negotiations with clients and concluding a contract
- Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
