Senior Business Analyst (offline)

Ascendix Technologies invites an experienced Business Analyst to join our brilliant team to develop a new project for our customer. It’s a creation of a product for the passengers’ transport market. Our product will help people to reach destinations they want, including save journeys for children and seniors. Our position is not about just collecting and documenting of requirements. It’s about application of analytical skills to foresee customers’ wishes in fast and save transportation.

Our client is a leading private airport shuttle service provider with a passenger turnover of two million/year in main Western European countries with headquarters in Luxembourg.

Responsibilities
• Interact with product owner, team and other stakeholders
• Plan, facilitate, and conduct requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation
• Customer business process and initial documentation analysis
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and demos
• Participate in backlog grooming, defining and approving upcoming release scope; Prioritize features, work on roadmap
• Manage change requests
• Facilitation to find the best UX/UI approaches, prototyping
• Support development team in clarifications of requirements
• Perform acceptance testing and validation, request data patches if necessary
• Create various artifacts, such as SRSs, minimal schema and configuration requirements, presentations, user guides, introduction materials, and release notes
• Maintain actual products and projects documentation, update Wiki

Requirements
• 3+ years in BA activities
• Practical experience in applying key of BA techniques (use cases, user stories, root cause analysis, prototyping, prioritization, mind mapping, functional decomposition, items tracking, stakeholder management, risk management, estimation, decision analysis, etc.)
• Practical experience with tools used for BA activities and teamwork (modeling and prototyping tools, tracking systems (TFS, Confluence), communication tools (Teams, Outlook), etc.)
• UAT process support
• Applying of UX web/mobile best practices in collaboration with the design team
• Theoretical knowledge and practical experience in Requirements Life Cycle Management
• Practical experience in change management procedures
• Fluent English (both written and verbal)
• Ability to communicate equally effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent soft skills (communication, presentation, negotiation, conflict resolution, etc.)
• Ability to handle multi-threading activities

Would be a plus
• Previous experience of Pre-Sales and Discovery stages
• Experience in passenger transportations domain (B2B, B2C)
