Android Developer (offline)

We (kasko2go) are a Swiss-based InsurTech company with dev centres in Israel and UA that is changing the way actuary work is done for the car insurance industry. We use AI and BigData to better the actual risks a driver takes upon himself while driving. We are looking to change the way people drive and the way they pay for insurance. Important: We are an international company but we operate as a startup meaning that we are looking for people that are to work in the mode of a startup.

Requirements:
- minimum 3-year experience;
- bachelor’s degree in technical sciences;
- 3-year experience with Android;
- profound knowledge of Java/Kotlin;
- profound knowledge of Android SDK;
- profound knowledge of Firebase (fcm, remote_config, analytics);
- profound knowledge RxJava, Coroutines, Kotlin Flow;
- profound knowledge of GIT;
- profound knowledge of REST API;
- profound knowledge Jetpack (navigation, work manager, arch, livedata, livemodel, androidx)
- expertise in creating layouts for different screen sizes, densities, languages;
- strong knowledge of Android development methodologies (OOP, software design patterns, MVI, MVVM, MVP, Clean Architecture, DI (dagger));
- experience of working with third party APIs and SDKs;
- experience working with someone else's code.
- English Intermediate.
Preferable:
- Experience with lokalise;
- Experience with GCC;
- Experience with Facebook SDK;
- Experience with services;
- Experience with unit tests;
- Experience with CI/CD
