HR / Recruiter for American AI Software Startup (offline)

Simporter is looking for its first HR hire to focus on recruiting, cultural improvement, and more. We're an American and Kyiv startup around 35 people that automates new product research for companies like Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and Danone. This candidate should be ready to make a difference.

Team size is around 35 in Kyiv.

Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the CEO / Founders
- Recruiting and interviewing potential candidates
- Setting up and leading Team building activities to grow the team closer
- Reminding team leads to do regular performance reviews
- Performing salary reviews
- Onboarding new employees
- Developing employee growth plans
- Office management-related tasks
- Setting up and performing exit interviews
- Tracking employee happiness, needs, etc.

Requirements:
- Experience in HR
- Startup experience is a plus
- Strong English skills
- Knowledge of recruiting platforms in Kyiv
