Our IT department consists of more than 300 people. The department accompanies the entire business and works with high-load projects of various directions, including logistics, retail, marketing, processing, automated warehouses, mobile and web development. And the IT team loves it!

Required skills
▪️ 3+ years of experience in full life cycle IT recruitment
▪️ Background in IT (courses etc)
▪️ English Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
▪️ High level of sourcing skills via various relevant platforms
▪️ Proven background filling jobs with a low time to fill
▪️ Strong organizational skills, ability to take on multiple tasks and function under stressful situations and deadlines
▪️ Public speaking skills
▪️ Knowledge of basic recruitment metrics
▪️ Knowledge of recruitment tools and ATS

Responsibilities
▪️ Source, Screen, interview and evaluate candidates of Junior-Head of department positions
▪️ Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
▪️ Provide clear, thorough, and timely communications/feedback to candidates and hiring teams
▪️ Collaborate with managers to understand requirements and establish effective recruiting strategies
▪️ Support newcomers on-boarding, in cooperation with HR and other departments
▪️ Implements and executes the recruitment and on-boarding program and policies.
▪️ Work with internal recruitment tools, ATS system

Senior recruiter also do:
▪️ Establishes general hiring standards for some classes of employment
▪️ Serve as a mentor to the rest of the recruiting team through leading by example, sharing best practices, and a resource for questions and guidance
▪️ Provide input into the sourcing and recruiting strategies
▪️ Manage team members at the level of Researcher
