Sr. Business Analyst/Product Owner (offline)

CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) will deliver an on demand cloud managed service which enhance our offerings and existing products by using industry standard ways to connect to our fulfilment systems.

THE TEAM
You will be working across the enterprise supporting the program lead, internal product owners, with a dynamic team of technologists using bleeding edge software development practices with the backing of a large multinational organization. We have multiple scrum teams consisting of scrum masters, business analysts, user experience professionals, server and user interface developers, and quality assurance engineers.



THE TECHNOLOGY
We are working on a wide variety of ground breaking applications using Amazon Web Services infrastructure developed with C#/.NET and deployed using Terraform. To support our development we already use multiple standard industry tools like GitLab, Jenkins, Cucumber, Docker and are always interested in other tools that we feel will help us engineer better products that we can be proud of.


Position Overview
Are you an outstanding Business Analyst with strong articulate communication skills and plenty of experience of working with Agile development frameworks, within a thirving digital organisation? Are you passionate about Business Analysis as a Discipline? We are looking for a BA to join us in the Engineering Team to deliver high quality analysis deliverables across the Enterprise.

Responsibilities:
LIAISON & COMMUNICATION
- Be the main point of contact with Product Managers in order to elicit, analyze, and validate complex business requirements for the software we're building.
- Provide input to the Roadmap planning and prioritization activities
- Control change from Product Managers that could affect the business case.
- Document and translate the business requirements into functional and non functional requirements.

AGILE & SCRUM
- Working closely with Internal Stakeholders (Product and Technology) to shape, prioritize and sign off program backlog for multiple dev teams.
- Working with multiple scrum BAs as proxy Product Owner to enable scrum team backlog creation.
- Participate in refinement and planning sessions with scrum teams, support teams with clarifying any outstanding questions.


BUSINESS ACUMEN
- Be accountable for the quality of your work, ensuring it's delivered within agreed procedures and timeframes.
- Look at how we're working and suggest how we can do it even better!
Mandatory Skills Description:
- Analysis of process-driven, problems, methods and be able to understand and derive business value.
- Experience in Scrum / Agile methodology, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria utilizing Behavioral Driven Development (BDD)
- Business analysis experience within a global organization.
- Ability to capture business requirements and represent them effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple complex deliverables simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills including ability to influence and negotiate.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent problem solving, analysis, research and process mapping skills.
- Excellent writing skills - both technical and non-technical.
- Ability to coach more junior members of the team in Business Analysis tools and techniques
- Customer focused and dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of the customer.
- Detail oriented and highly organized, with the ability handle multiple complex tasks.
- Understanding the principles of usability and ensuring the software is fit for purpose.
- Understanding requirements management best practice and ensuring these practices are used.
- Understanding the effects of technology used within development, and the impact on the business client.
Nice-to-Have Skills:- Experience in IB or Financial Services.
