QA Lead (offline)

The project is the digital engagement platform, purpose-built with everything needed to communicate, advocate, and fund a cause. Involves marketing automation, workflow management, online fundraising, multi-channel online advocacy, peer to peer campaigns & events, integration with Salesforce.

QA Lead will be responsible for the quality of product. Main activities are: analyzing requirements, writing test cases, execution of test cases, team management, reporting. Person should be capable of keeping up with aggressive timelines and close follow up on the issues and attention to the details.

Required skills and knowledge:
● 2+ years of experience with manual testing
● Upper-Intermediate (written and speaking) English
● Quick learning capability of environment and new tools
● Enthusiastic to learn new tools and technologies
● Think creative, smart and come up with new ideas to improvise the testing process
● Adapt to changing environment and system requirements
● Ability to focus on multiple tasks simultaneously
● Capable of manual testing and has an eye to catch defects from cosmetic to complex nature
● Experience working in Agile environment
● Good written and verbal communication skills
● Support in test execution planning and reporting
● Team management experience will be a plus

Responsibilities:
● Management (about 30% of time):
• Responsible for leading and mentoring up to 7 teammates
• Responsible for the work result of his QA teammates
• Organizing sync up meetings if needed
• Participating in early requirements analysis and discussions including Product Meetings
• Responsible for controlling requirement analysis provided by his teammates
• Responsible for interviewing QA candidates and deciding if they are suitable for the position
