By detecting in real-time road risks, weather conditions, and other events we increase safety and awareness for the fleet of over 650 thousand vehicles.
When fleet drivers such as truckers surrender to distractions behind the wheel, it makes the roads more dangerous for us all. Client‘s real-time video telematics and analytics use cloud-connected dashcams to detect risky behavior—from cell phone use to smoking—as it happens. In 2020, the company upgraded its platform with new AI and machine-learning technologies that identified phone use 133% more often. Behind the scenes, information collected from 120 billion miles of driving gives Client the big data it needs to train its algorithms to spot everything from lack of seatbelt use to incomplete stops.
Solid understanding of system development processes and methodologies, including analysis and design, requirements definition, test planning and execution, conversion, implementation, and business consulting
Strong communication skills, with special emphasis on active listening and interpretation skills
Experience at managing requirements in Agile methodologies
Experience at using tools for team collaboration (e.g. Jira, Confluence etc.)
Because the role requires a high degree of internal customer interaction, the candidate must have superior communication and influencing skills, an understanding of business process and systems and the ability to organize and prioritize end-user issues/requests
Expertise in: Fleet Management, Video Streaming, Cloud/Data Warehouse will be a plus
Work with the development team to ensure that they understand the vision for the product and are designing great features for our customers
Inspire and motivate the development team to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency
Break down the high-level features manage the product backlog with more detailed epics and user stories
Work closely with the Product Area Owner in product increment planning, release planning, team velocity, and prioritization of backlog according to business value and customer needs
Participate in meetings with key stakeholders, providing product increment demo and answering product related questions
