Technical Onboarding / Customer Success Manager (offline)

Tasks 

Responsible for setting up and leading a customer onboarding team 

Responsible for customer onboarding for our apps smartPeople and smartPlan 

Configure our apps according to clients needs 

Optimize existing onboarding processes for the clients 

Full responsibility for internal quality management to ensure customer satisfaction 

Participation in the creation of training materials, e.g. help center articles or explanatory videos 

Participation in fine-tuning our applications based on client feedback and needs 

Your profile 

Experience in B2B software environment 

Software affinity 

Business acumen 

Capable of managing different stakeholders 

Excellent communication and written skills in German

Excellent organizational skills 

English is a plus

Understanding of HR domain is a plus
