Junior Project Manager (Kharkov) (offline)

You can easily become a member of PM-team if you:

• Have strong knowledge in English ( Intermediate +)
• Have experience in communication with clients;
• Experience in managing IT projects from 1 year;
• Understanding the basics of internet marketing and usability;
• Experience with CMS;
• Understanding the development life cycle of web applications and technical processes (business goals when ordering on-line marketing services);
• Good knowledge of project management methodology, tools and techniques;
• Good communication and presentation skills for effective communication with clients and project teams;
• Strong organizational skills (negotiation and conflict resolution skills);
• Can organize not only your working day but also employees;
• Can’t imagine life without planning.

Main responsibilities:

• Successful execution and delivery of projects;
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients;
• Understanding customer needs and requirements;
• Coordinate the work of project teams;
• Managing the project schedule and budget;
• To ensure that the project goals are timely reached under restrictions;
• Impact assessment of the project using appropriate tools and methods;
• Establishment and maintenance of comprehensive project documents.
