Position Overview

Voxloud is looking for a high-energy and dynamic Account Executive with experience selling technology and/or other services over the phone, by email, and via web-based presentations in the U.K. market.

You will be responsible for managing a client book and proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction/retention while continuously hunting and closing new business. The ideal candidate has a history of bringing on new business and hitting sales quotas and loves the challenges that come with outbound prospecting in a competitive market

The A.E. will work side by side with the Sales Manager, join a passionate Sales and Marketing team made of different professionals from all over the world.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
Present products to prospective clients through video demonstrations
Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers' dedication
Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
Collaborate with the customer support to resolve issues aiming at customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation through chat, email and calls
Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data


Experience and Requirements

Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team
The capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to the value that can be provided by Voxloud
Strong and professional communication skills — written, verbal, presentation
Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently while achieving production goals from an assigned territory or set of accounts
Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables. Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company
Contributes fully to the team effort and plays an integral part in the smooth running of teams without necessarily taking the lead
Drive, Grit, Team Oriented: strong desire to compete and win
You are analytical about reading and understanding analytic data

Location

Voxloud it’s a very remote-friendly company since the beginning (a growing part of the team works remotely from 3 different countries) so this will be a remote working position, even though sometimes physical meeting with the team will be required.
