Account Manager

GoMage are looking a good Account Manager , with good skills, experience and good personal qualities. GoMage - provides world-class e-commerce solutions for businesses of all sizes, locations and time zones.

Required skills:

- is a part of Business Development team;
- knows how to negotiate, mitigate, convince and sell;
- understands the - business needs of the client including implicit for the client;
- has a perfect English, both verbal and written C1 Advanced ;
- can explain the client in a clear manner the technical details about the project;
- experienced with Tech Specs and Mind Map creation that will be used by - - the project team;
- organized, attentive, result-driven;
- friendly and client-focused.

As a plus:

- has experience with Magento 2;
- strong technical background.

Responsibilities:

- sells products and services of the company including secondary sales;
- leads the client from the moment of sale to the transition of the product to support;
- closely cooperates with the Development team: transforms the wishes of the client into the clear requirements, participates in setting up the booking of hours, supports both the client and the project team at all stages of the project;
- responsible for: sales results, client payments, client loyalty.
