Senior Business Analyst (offline)
Job Description
5+ years in IT (at least 2 years as BA)
Experience in Business Applications development
Experience with writing technical and process documentation
Expertise in gathering, analyzing, and specifying requirements
Experience in business, systems, and engineering process modelling
Understanding of software development lifecycle and processes
Good understanding of agile including Scrum methodology
Understanding main trends in UI/UX for modern web-applications
Excellent communication skills
Good English
Job Responsibilities
Tasks/Challenges
Requirements management (elicitation, clarification, docs preparation, keeping requirements up to date)
Backlog management (making sure priorities, description and STRs are Ok before planning, selection of items to work on)
Support of developers (clarification of expected results and problems described in defects, clarification and explanation of requirements around the area, identification of end-user cases)
Support of QA (clarification of STRs, requirements around the area, business cases and help with test cases creation, complex scenarios preparation)
Organizational activities (Scrum Masters substitution, meetings handling and facilitation, documents and processes changes, new initiatives implementation)
Being a proxy for current product management team

A powerful business chat allowing customers instantly contact their service providers (web/iOS/Android)
Variety of apps helping to integrate different parts of client's business network and etc.

Unbound in selection any technical decision, technology or tool
Utilizing the best of the Scrum and ready for improvements

The company provides real-time facility management and service management solutions that improve productivity, increase transparency and provide advanced business analytics. It serves restaurants, retail, property management, hospitality, health care, homebuilding, manufacturing, distribution, and service industries; and building owners, property managers, builders, and the service community.
