Junior Recruiter / Researcher (offline) $300-650

Any.Team is specialized in FinTech. We’re a middle-sized (100+ people) Ukrainian-based team with 5 successful technical solutions on the market.

As our company continues to grow we're looking for Junior Recruiter. We offer a challenging position for a proactive person who wants to get new skills and professional achievements.

Company: Product (Fintech area)
Position: Full-time Remote (with a couple of office visits per quarter upon need)
Location: Kyiv

We expect from the candidate at least:
- 6 month+ experience or at least successful completion of recruitment courses
- Understanding of direct search and headhunting
- Knowledge of Recruitment tools
- Ukrainian & English written language skills
- Strong communication skills
- Being able to handle multitasking effectively
- Strong interest in FinTech

Non-IT Recruitment / Research commercial experience and basic understanding of FinTech would be a huge plus.


You will be responsible for:
- Candidate researching
- Sending and managing test task completion by candidates
- Assisting the HR team
- Creating and posting vacancies
- Job offer preparation
- Managing candidate tracking system
