Middle/Senior SEO Specialist (offline)

Responsibilities :

• Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy
• Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
• Regularly perform thorough keywords research
• Identify key SEO KPIs
• Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
• Prepare and present reports regularly
• Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner
• Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization
• Collaborate with web developers and marketing team
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices
• Content plan creating
• Optimize on-site content to target specific keyword phrases via search;
• To conduct keyword, market and competitor research and analysis, using industry tools;
• Regularly measure the effectiveness of SEO campaigns by interpreting metrics via SEO tools and the intelligent use of web analytics;
• Produce regular reports outlining progress against key SEO performance measures;
• Keep up-to-date with search engine technology and SEO methods

Qualifications and skills:
• 3+ experience as SEO Manager or similar role with demonstrable results;
• Experience in planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy;
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data
• Experience with team management will be a plus
• Knowladge in web analytics, marketing, and business development will be a plus
• Minimum the Upper-Intermediate Level of English
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
• Team player
