Junior Talent Sourcer

We are looking for a Talent Sourcer who will complement our team. We have a great professional team with 2 Recruiters, and we are pleased to invite a specialist with solid experience and a friendly personality to work closely with us.

Requirements:
- 0.6 months + of relevant sourcing experience in the IT market;
- Strong research skills, experience in Boolean / X-ray search and sourcing tools;
- Experience working with any CRM system;
- General knowledge of IT technologies (web programming languages, frameworks, databases, networking). We’re working with Python, React.js, Angular, Java, AWS, etc.
- Proactive, сreative in sourcing strategy, and attentive to the details person;
- At least intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities:
- Searching candidates on Linkedin, StackOverflow, GitHub and more;
- Sourcing and headhunting IT specialists of all level;
- Screening CV`s according to requirements;
- Initial contact with candidates, scheduling initial calls;
- Pushing qualified candidates to CRM database;
- Improving skills and participating in the full-cycle recruitment process in the future;
- Maintaining relationships with candidates and building a strong positive passive pipeline;
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs;
- Collaboration with recruitment team department.
