Technical sales engineer (offline)

We are looking for a technical sales/presales engineer

Responsibilities
As a technical sales engineer, you'll need to:
- provide pre-sales technical assistance
- design of custom-made solutions
- help to develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
- calculate product specification and implementation costs
- persuade clients that a product and services best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery
- negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
- work on after-sales support for the internal delivery team
- make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs
- liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in technical fields (telecommunications would be preferred)
- English - upper intermediate
- Ability to learn new technologies and products quickly
- Experience in calculating effort estimation and technical specifications
- Strong customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Presentation skills
- Knowledge of contact center and telephony is highly desirable
- Experience in sales/presales would be advantageous
- Excellent organizational, research, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills.
