Data Analyst (offline)

Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze and interpret results of the clients size recommendation and body measuring results;
Analyze size recommendation algorithms results and build statistical reports for them;
Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings;
Work with a team of data analysts and PO to process information;
Generate ad-hoc and scheduled reports for internal and external stakeholders from single or multiple systems;
Communicate with Product, Sales, Customer Support teams;
Assisting with KPIs and metrics definition for various perspectives;
Manage, support, troubleshoot and design the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and BI dashboards
Being able to analyze and estimate requirements as well as identify possible risks and provide solutions to them

Requirements:
3+ years of data analysis experience
Degree in Economics / Statistics / Mathematics
Understanding predictive analytics
Proficiency in Excel (Embedded Formulas, Pivot Tables), data analysis and data visualization
Ability to analyze large datasets
Experience with BI analytical tools (Tableau / Power BI, BigQuery etc.);
Data-driven mindset
Strong communication and presentation skill
Strong attention to detail
Experience with statistical software
Ability to QA and troubleshoot data
Good spoken and written English

Will be a plus practical skills with:
Google Analytics;
Django admin;
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
Coding skills in languages such as SQL and/or Python
