Middle Project/Product Manager Offline

Our company has been on the market for more than 10 years. During this time we have created more than 300 projects: websites, CRM and ERP systems, web apps, mobile apps, and designs. We work worldwide: with Europe (including Ukraine), Canada, the US and Australia.

We are looking for a Project/Product Manager for our team, who will manage our projects.

Requirements:

• Level of English - Advanced. 
• 2+ years of experience in Project Management/Coordination positions.
• 1+ year of experience in mobile apps development.
• Understanding of SDLC.
• Understanding of Software Development Methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).
• Understanding of different engagement models (fixed price and T&M)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent spoken and written skills in English.
• High level of ambitions, a strong desire to grow, study and master in the field of Project Management. 

Responsibilities:

• Participation in the presale process - help with the Discovery phase and Estimation process.
• Lead the delivery from end to end, ensure the quality of the delivery according to the client's expectations.
• Daily communication with clients and the team (task clarification, status updates, and delivery reporting)
• Risk and change management.
• People management.
• Creating, monitoring, and maintaining project documentation.
• Tracking, assigning, and reporting tasks while ensuring they are always up to date in Jira.
