Project manager (offline)

*Required skills*

• Education: MSc degree in any technical specialty is required
• 5+ years of experience in IT including project management, business analysis and software development
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies, requirements collection, project and resources planning, delivery management, risk assessment techniques, project documentation and reporting
• Good understanding of testing methodologies and techniques
• Practical experience in PM tools configuration and customization (such as Jira and Azure DevOps)
• Excellent practical experience as a project manager in projects with different software development methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and with different types of solutions (cloud, web, mobile and desktop applications)
• Excellent pre-sales and presentation skills
• Strong level of soft skills
• Upper-intermediate+ English

*Certifications*

• One of the following is required: PSM or CSM
• PMP would be a plus

• Gathering requirements and transform them into solutions
• Performance of the overall process of project planning, defining, estimating and scheduling of project deliveries, risk management
• Successful execution and delivery of project on-time
• Progress control: project activities, time and effort tracking, status reporting
• Delivery of reports for stakeholders
• Building teams and managing staff progress reviews
• Taking care of project documentation
• Making sure QA and deployment processes are in place and followed by the teams
