HR Manager

Our HR team is growing so that we invite an active and positive person, a people-oriented HR Manager to join the LaSoft team. Your role is to support HR processes and create the team’s mood and spirit.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain HR policies and procedures (onboarding, departure, transfer, job performance reviews, development, etc.)
Participate in improvement, optimization and ensure we select people according to the company values while participating in interviews
Support PMs in managing their teams where required
Take care of people, their job satisfaction, and engagement by participating in the organization of different types of events and trips
Be the spirit of our team

REQUIREMENTS
2+ years experience in HR
The initiative, be able to come up with relevant ideas and then implement them
Good listener and integrator to clarify the needs of people and merge them with the business needs
Able to make things done
Strong team player with a positive attitude to people
Spoken English would be of advantage
