Full Stack Developer

Working on market-leading innovative product for Real Estate Investors to manage their large real estate portfolio using PHP Laravel and Vue.JS at the front-end all in Google Cloud Platform

About The Role

The driving force of managing Real Estate assets is to build a complete 360 digital identity of each asset and provide the users with the intelligence to make decisions on the liquidity, value and portfolio segmentation to maximise the revenue from their assets.

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to help us build functional systems that improve our software Platform hosted on the Google Cloud Platform.

Full Stack Software Engineer responsibilities include implementing both front-end and back-end features, identifying production issues and implementing integrations that meet customer needs. If you have a solid background in software engineering and are familiar with PHP, JavaScript and Vue.JS, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately and securely.

Skills You'll Need

Essential:

• Minimum three years’ experience of coding in a commercial environment using the following languages: PHP, Javascript or jQuery or Vue.js, HTML, CSS
• Minimum three years’ experience of coding in a commercial environment following Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
• Minimum three years’ experience of coding in a commercial environment following agile software development practices
• Previous experience of using SQL (for PostgreSQL or MySQL database preferably)
• Previous experience of using GitHub
• Competent user of Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-changing environment with tight deadlines; a confident and flexible approach to tasks; strong problem-solving skills
• Previous experience of the Laravel PHP framework
• Previous experience of Google Cloud Platform
• Previous experience of Google Maps API


Desirable:

• Previous experience in real estate/asset and property management platforms
• Previous experience of Jira or other issue tracking software
